Newsletter and Promotional Email

We use email to inform you about the latest promotions if you have an account on Sunarloji or have subscribed to our newsletter. If you choose not to receive emails, you can click the "unsubscribe" link in any email you receive and you will automatically be removed from our mailing list.

Personal Data Deletion Requests

At Sunarloji, we retain user information for as long as your account is active, in accordance with applicable laws. How to Request Personal Data Deletion

Please note that requesting personal data deletion is equivalent to requesting account deletion on Sunarloji.

To request deletion of your personal data, please email us at sunarloji@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include your registered email address and full name.

Terms and Conditions for Personal Data Deletion

  1. Your account must not have any ongoing or pending orders.
  2. Sunarloji reserves the right to retain transactional data for financial audit purposes, including order and transaction records.
  3. Deleting your account means you will no longer be able to access your account, including order history or purchase receipts.
  4. Once your account deletion request is approved and your account is deleted, you cannot request account restoration or access your account again.
  5. Sunarloji will send a confirmation email once we receive your deletion request.

How We Process Personal Data Deletion

  1. The user submits a deletion request via email to Sunarloji.
  2. Sunarloji will review whether the request meets the conditions for approval.
  3. Account review takes at least 3 business days.
  4. Once approved by Sunarloji, the user account will be deleted and cannot be restored.
  5. If you wish to have an account on Sunarloji again, you must create a new account.
  6. Sunarloji will delete all personal data and information we have stored (except transactional data retained for financial audit purposes).

Purpose of Personal Data Deletion

The purpose of offering personal data deletion is to provide comfort and security for you as a Sunarloji user. Users have the right to request deletion of personal data, in line with data protection principles that give users the right to request deletion of their personal data from organisations that hold it.
